Draft; electronic consent is disabled
The preview does not execute documents or collect binding consent. The electronic-consent control remains disabled until the production delivery and signing process is configured.
Prepared October 16, 2026. Preview only; not approved for live applications.
Website operator: Ahava Capital Group LLC · Website brand: Ahava Capital.
The preview does not execute documents or collect binding consent. The electronic-consent control remains disabled until the production delivery and signing process is configured.
Before requesting consent, identify which applications, disclosures, notices, agreements, and servicing communications will be delivered electronically and whether the consent covers one transaction or an ongoing relationship. Consent to electronic records is not a funding agreement or credit authorization.
A live process must disclose the actual hardware and software requirements and, where applicable, obtain affirmative consent in a way that reasonably demonstrates the recipient can access the electronic format used. Proposed formats include HTML and downloadable PDF, but these must match the implemented service. A generic checkbox alone does not verify PDF access.
Before launch, specify how to request paper copies, any actual fee, how to withdraw consent, the scope and disclosed consequences of withdrawal, and how to update contact information. The fees and procedures have not been set in this preview. Contact info@ahavacapital.com with questions; this is not a promise that a production paper-delivery service is currently implemented.
Where required, notify recipients of changed access requirements and explain withdrawal rights. The signing system must retain reproducible records and the relevant consent evidence and make documents available to the recipient. Configure these processes before enabling the control.
